Hawaii Rentals By Owner: will not accept adult or pornographic material or any link to such sites.
Hawaii Rentals By Owner: will not accept any illegal content of any kind or any link to such site.
Hawaii Rentals By Owner: will not allow any links to a competitors page unless a reciprocal link is provided.
Hawaii Rentals By Owner: reserves the right to edit or reject any listing submitted.
Accounts will automatically be renewed and billed every three months.
There is no monthly or yearly supplemental billing process allowed. The
property owner will be responsible for selecting the plan option, and
provide payment in full prior to posting of advertisement. There is no
discount for multiple listings at this time.
Cancellation Policy:
The listing owner or agent has a right to cancel their subscription and
listing with Hawaii Rentals by Owner at any time. The listing owner may
request to have his page removed from the site at any time. Once the credit
card is charged, no refunds will be issued.
There is no fee to the prospective Renter from
our service.

The renter assumes all responsibility for investigating the potential
property owner. Hawaii Rentals By Owner and AloHawaii Properties by the
Sea assume no responsibility for said investigations. Hawaii Rentals By
Owner is a listing service only and assumes no responsibility for verifying
the content of the ad or the credibility of the renter or owner.
Hawaii Rentals By Owner would like to be notified if any discrepancy exists between the content of an ad placed by the owner or agent and the actual condition of the property.
All matters regarding refunds, overcharges, misrepresentation etc. are the responsibility of the guest and the rental owner.
Hawaii Rentals By Owner assumes no part in the reservation transaction. The guest must contact the owner directly to secure a reservation.
